Session 1 – National Accounts: How to get them How to keep them.

Everyone wants the big, massive national corporate accounts. They are a sure way to exponentially grow your profits. But that bigger payday doesn’t come without a lot of work, a lot of skill and a lot of management.

Join Mary Mills for this informative session with National Accounts superstars Maggie Harlow and Jeff Newman as they discuss such key issues as:

How to target and get national accounts, how to service and keep them, and how to make sure you aren’t targeting a company that is already being served by another Signarama location. Maggie and Jeff both service National Account clients, but in different ways. Jeff will discuss why Signarama is such a great partner for large scale customers and how the organization and communication works for his largest client and Maggie will lend her insight onto how she gets her new national accounts clients and then how she keeps them. You won’t want to miss this chance to hear directly from them how to use this key strategy to take your business to the next level.

Session 3 – Machinery & Material Mastery – Making the most of both:How do we make the most out of what have in our Signarama shops today? That is a common question every owner must face.

Join Stephanie Cunningham (SAR Frisco), Dan Hofelich (Director of Vendor Relations) and Marty Mueske (SAR Business Advisor) for an open conversation about how to work with the tools given to you in today’s shop and squeeze every cent you can out the equipment and the materials you are using. We will dive into some out-of-the-box thinking to help get top price without breaking the bank, therefore more money in your pocket. This should prove to be a spirited conversation with a win/win for everyone involved. Bring your questions and your tips n tricks to share with the rest of the group.

Session 4 – Pricing Theory and Market Survey: Do you adjust your prices on a regular basis? What are the factors that determine how you set prices in your Signarama? Are there products you don’t sell because of profitability? Do you pay attention to what the market will bear? We will explore all of these questions and more during this dynamic session led by Scott Mast.
